The operating model for AI labor

Every employee gets
three agents.
Same team, more revenue.

A Researcher, a Producer, and a Coordinator — scoped to your workflows, supervised by your operators, priced to the work produced.

The three agents

Three agents. One supervisor. One workflow.

Arx deploys three agents per knowledge worker. The human owns judgment and relationships. The agents own the throughput.

01 — The Researcher

Gathers, ingests, and synthesizes the inputs your team needs to decide.

Reads the data rooms, prior transcripts, sell-side notes, internal updates, and policy documents. Surfaces the right inputs at the right moment. Never gets tired. Never misses a source.

02 — The Producer

Drafts the deliverables, builds the artifacts, writes the first versions.

Produces the Q&A brief, the implementation runbook, the model documentation, the investor deck. Your operator edits and signs. The blank page is gone.

03 — The Coordinator

Manages handoffs, schedules follow-ups, threads communication across the org.

Keeps the Finance hand-off on time, the analyst meetings calendared, the milestone tracker current. The work doesn’t stall between humans. Coordination becomes infrastructure.

Each agent operates with scoped permissions, named human supervision, and a verifiable record of every action.

Built for your existing AI stack

Built for Anthropic. Built for OpenAI. Built for whatever your AI stack runs on.

Arx is the operating layer above the foundation models. The agents are scoped, supervised, and revenue-accountable — the intelligence comes from Claude, GPT, or whichever model fits your function. We are model-agnostic by design.

Anthropic OpenAI

Your enterprise has already chosen its foundation models. Arx makes them deployable as labor: three scoped agents per employee, named human supervisors, verifiable audit records, and pricing tied to the work produced. The model is the brain. Arx is the operating model.

Industries

Six operating wedges. One model for governed AI labor.

Arx starts where work is measurable: files, queues, approvals, evidence, and named human supervision. Real estate begins with title companies.

Financial Services

Investor relations and regulated operations

Research, drafting, coordination, and evidence trails for functions where speed and control both matter.

Healthcare

Revenue and administrative workflows

Human-supervised agents for document-heavy work that requires source verification, status checks, and auditability.

Insurance

Claims and broker operations

Agents that assemble facts, contact sources, draft updates, and keep human decision-makers in control.

Industrial

Vendor, QA, and field coordination

Structured follow-up and evidence capture across suppliers, service partners, and operational handoffs.

Enterprise Operations

Implementation and customer operations

Throughput agents for queues, runbooks, follow-ups, customer status, and approval-controlled execution.

For the operators

What this means for your function.

Arx is sold to the operators who own the workflows that matter. We measure success in your numbers, not ours.

For the Head of Investor Relations

Run six earnings cycles a year with the same six analysts.

  • Compress earnings prep from four weeks to ten business days
  • Expand sell-side analyst coverage without expanding headcount
  • Free the Head of IR for the meetings only she can take
For the Director of Implementation

Onboard 40% more institutional clients per year.

  • Compress the implementation cycle from fourteen weeks to six
  • Free implementation leads to manage relationships, not assemble documentation
  • Stop letting onboarding become the bottleneck on sales velocity
For the COO or CRO

Add measurable revenue capacity across every knowledge function.

  • Top-line growth without proportional headcount expansion
  • A defensible operating model your auditor, regulator, and board can verify
  • One operating model across IR, Implementation, Customer Operations, Risk, and beyond
How we deliver this safely

How we deliver this safely.

Every Arx agent operates with scoped permissions, named human supervision, and a verifiable audit log. Compliance posture tightens, not loosens. HIPAA-credentialed. SOC 2 Type II. Your data stays in your environment. Every action is recorded and exportable to your model risk file, your auditor, or your regulator on demand.

Three Agents Per Employee: The Operating Model for AI Labor

Every employee in your company is about to get three agents. One researches. One produces. One coordinates. Together they handle the assembly, the drafting, the threading, the handoffs — the work that surrounds the decisions and relationships your employees are actually paid for.

Why I’m building Arx.

I’ve spent fifteen years in enterprise security sales at Snyk, Proofpoint, and ServiceNow, selling into the Fortune 1000. I’ve watched the operators with real P&L responsibility try to deploy AI inside their functions and hit the same wall every time — the technology works, but the operating model to run it safely at scale doesn’t exist yet.

Arx is the operating model. Three agents per knowledge worker, scoped to your workflows, supervised by your operators, priced to the work produced. We are model-agnostic — built for Anthropic, OpenAI, and whatever foundation model your function runs on. The architecture is built. The first design partners are coming online. The category is being named right now.

If you run a function where another 40% of throughput would unlock something real for your business, I want to hear from you. We are starting with regulated, document-heavy operations — including title companies, financial services, and healthcare — because that’s where the workflow discipline already exists. The operating model is universal.
